CONFERENCE FEE INCLUDES:

Access to all conference activities, meals, and networking events. This includes:  General sessions, keynotes, breakout sessions, Solutions Showcase, roundtables, user group meetings, breakfast, lunch & breaks both Weds. & Thurs. -- PLUS the Welcome Reception and TotalConnection Networking Party.  Fees also cover all conference materials.

*Conference fee does not cover the optional pre-conference “hands-on” worskhops. Pre-conference workshops are reserved for users attending the conference and are held Monday and Tuesday, Sept. 17 & 18th.  Class fees cover breakfast, lunch and workshop materials.

GROUP SAVINGS**

Save an additional $50 off the conference rate when you register three or more paying attendees from the same organization! To qualify, simply register online and as your other team mates complete their registration you will be automatically credited the savings.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

All cancellations received in writing by August 28, 2007 will be refunded, less a $150.00 (USD) processing fee. A $150.00 (USD) processing fee also applies for all pre-conference workshop cancellations. There will be no refunds issued for cancellations or no-shows after August 28th, however, substitutions can be made at anytime.

PAYMENT

Payments accepted include: American Express, Visa/MasterCard, and check.   Attendees paying by check must print out their confirmation and mail a copy with their payment. Checks must arrive by the discount deadline to qualify for early bird rate and should be made payable to SumTotal Systems,Inc. Please send to:

GUEST POLICY

For an additional charge, guests of TotalConnection 2007 attendees may attend the Welcome Reception (Tuesday, September 18th) and/or the TotalConnection Networking Party (Wednesday, September 19th).
