This year’s agenda will feature 6 tracks of programs made up of over 40 presentations, panels, discussions and interactive sessions! You select and attend the sessions of most interest to you whether from a single path or across all six!
General Sessions Track
SumTotal product roadmaps, future insights and vision are the focus for the general topic track. These sessions will introduce you to industry experts and SumTotal visionaries as they unveil what the future holds for Learning & Talent Management – and how we can help your organization get there too. General sessions are geared towards our entire SumTotal customer community, so don’t miss out!
Product "Best Practices" Track
SumTotal supports a variety of product platforms and solutions. This track will provide you the opportunity to learn from your peers and SumTotal staff that share expertise in your SumTotal supported solution. Join in as these sessions will examine best practices and successes using each soution to maximize business results. You’ll also see the latest product innovations from SumTotal, gain insight on implementation experience, and discover how you can apply them to your business.
Measurement, Reporting & Compliance Track
Measuring the success of your programs whether for ROI, regulatory compliance or future planning are all critical aspects to Talent Management. Reporting is a crucial piece to the successful management of any solution. This track will focus on reporting topics and best practices proven in the development of thoughtful measurement and reporting tools to best meet your organization’s needs. Topic includes completion/gap analysis tracking for regulatory reporting and cost-effective report delivery formats. Hear from your peers facing similar challenges and their success with measurement options available.
Performance & Talent Management Track
Today's learning and performance leaders must align their programs with key business drivers to support the company in achieving objectives. Topics in this track will focus on how to develop integrated solutions that address employee performance and drive business value through talent management. Sessions in this track will offer a look at Talent Management, SumTotal’s TotalPerformance offering and how peers are utilitizing the solution to meet their business initiatives. Topics will include new hire orientation/onboarding, competency development, talent management, performance appraisals, succession planning, emerging performance technologies and more.
Technical & Emerging Technologies Track
Web Services, Web 2.0, SCORM 2004, Blogs, Wiki’s. . . are you seeking to learn about SumTotal products and new technologies at a more technical depth? This track will offer informative discussions from SumTotal and your peers on how new technologies are being used with the LMS. Sessions in this track will focus on technical topics and provide a look at implementation, integration, and architecture. Join in and learn technical insight on SumTotal products and how your organization can benefit.
Business Solutions Track
Today's talent management and learning leaders must align their programs with key business drivers to support the company in achieving objectives. This track will provide you with ways to develop integrated solutions with Partner technology that give employees and external audiences the opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge they need, and provide the organization maximum return on investment.

Industry Roundtable Breakout Sessions
Are you interested in talking with your peers about current trends and issues within your industry? We are taking our popular quarterly industry roundtables onsight, getting out the flipcharts and discussing what you want to know more about. These breakouts will focus on industry specific topics in a facilitated discussion format so you can get to know what your colleagues are working on and provide a vehicle to network with others in your industry.
